If you think about it more closely, you can see that Sidharta Gautama, the Buddha of 2,600 years ago, could be considered one of the greatest scientists who ever lived. Through the development of his abilities of the mind, he was able to not only decipher the interface between mind and matter and their interaction, but also to fathom the “phenomena” of mind and matter as such.
For beings like us, meditation is probably the most universal way to understand what / who / and why we are, without having to listen to the interpretations of others.
4 universal Aspects of Meditation
Awareness
Concentration
Inner Peace
Personality Development

The meditation method we teach you here is Vipassana meditation according to S.N.Goenka
It’s one thing to know about your archetypal energy patterns, but it’s another to experience them directly. You can read a lot about swimming in water, listen to lectures about it, or watch people swim, but getting in the water yourself is ultimately the only way to understand what swimming really is.
Wisdom comes in 3 stages
1. Someone tells you things, you read, listen and study (Suta-maya-paññā)
2. After you have studied things, you let them mature within you, you think about them (Cinta-maya-paññā)
3. You experience “It”, have the experience (Bhāvanā-maya-paññā)
Through practices such as meditation, you can become familiar with your energy. This not only teaches you how the energy flows within you, but also how it directly creates inner peace, mental clarity (which leads to wisdom), and physical health. The term meditation ultimately means “to become familiar”
Here at energymec.com you can also learn and practice meditation.
