Energytype und Analysis
Here we deal with the important question of the correct “energy mechanics” from parents to their children. Since every person embodies different aspects of natural archetypal energy, it is hardly surprising that there are different energy types in our children. In Human Design we recognize 5 different energy types, which require different communication. It is often this information that holds the key to being able to communicate peacefully with our child and appropriately for him/her.

Type and Strategy of the Child
Every child has a certain base energy type (generator, projector, manifestor, reflector) and should grow up in accordance with this type. To know what type, is very helpful to muster the greatest support for ones kid.
- Generator-Kids every child has a certain energy type (generator, projector, manifestor, reflector) and should grow up in accordance with this
- Projector-Kids benefit from recognition and invitations to express their talents
- Manifestor-Kids should learn early on to inform their environment before acting in order to avoid resistance
- Reflector-Kids are very sensitive to their surroundings and should grow up in a stable, supportive environment
Open und defined Centers
Human Design explains that certain energetic centers in children can be defined or open
- Definiened Centers represent stable energies that a child consistently expresses
- Open Centers are vulnerable to the energy of others, which can lead to children easily absorbing outside influences. Parents can learn how to support their children in understanding and managing the energies they absorb
Authority
Every Child has an inner decision-making authority that varies depending on the design (e.g. emotional, sacred or mental authority). Parents are encouraged to teach children to follow their inner authority rather than relying solely on external expectations.
Conditioning
Human Design emphasizes the avoidance of conditioning that is not in line with the child’s natural design. This means that parents and educators can learn to respect the child’s natural being instead of forcing him or her into social or family norms that do not suit him or her.
Living environment and school
Since children are very open and malleable, Human Design places particular emphasis on children growing up in environments that support their individuality. This includes the school system, which should ideally be tailored to the needs of different designs to promote a child’s natural way of learning.
